About this role
Meta is seeking a Global Process Owner to lead the end-to-end design, governance, and AI-native transformation of Accounts Receivable operations across our global finance organization. Revenue Operations is shifting the agent workforce from proof to primary, building an operating model that structurally decouples business volume from headcount growth and makes our ability to execute largely volume-agnostic.
As our product base grows, receivables processes require an intentional structural design in order to both operate and scale. In this role, you will own process design, maturity, maintenance, and the evolution of automation models, skill taxonomy, and the secure deployment of agentic workflows across the Accounts Receivable domain, spanning collections, customer support, and receivables settlement.
You will lead the process and automation architecture within the Order to Cash landscape, connecting operational needs with scalable tooling design to deliver measurable performance improvements, robust compliance and effective cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own the Accounts Receivable process and the domain transformation roadmap, leading the process design for new product integration so that the process and tooling design is intentional, control-aligned and supports long-term scalable solutions
- Serve as the global process owner for these domains, operating as the first line of defense by ensuring final sign-off on all changes
- Champion experience-centered, customer-centric and stakeholder-focused design, embedding friction-free self-service capabilities across customer support and AR management touchpoints
- Conduct deep process re-engineering to eliminate waste, drive enterprise standardization and establish the data and process prerequisites required before automation is applied
- Manage heterogeneous automation technologies spanning legacy manual processing, deterministic automation, RPA, ML, Gen AI, workflow engines, and a rapidly expanding agent layer, applying rigorous design and risk-tiering while prioritizing business needs
- Monitor process and automation performance using operational metrics, evaluation results, and Digital Assurance signals, and use the findings to prioritize improvements
- Lead the implementation and change adoption with global Operations teams, ensuring clear ownership, documentation, and training, and measuring outcomes across quality, control effectiveness, and productivity
- Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Governance teams to translate business needs into processes and tooling requirements, embedding controls and segregation of duties across existing automation and emerging AI capabilities
- Define and continuously evolve the process and automation architecture, including skill and workflow design, orchestration patterns and access boundaries across the end-to-end Accounts Receivable landscape
- Oversee data access permissions, action boundaries, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review and escalation pathways, and monitoring standards; govern the Autonomy Graduation Framework to ensure safe, evidence-based progression to greater autonomy
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable/ Order-to-Cash or related Finance Operations, including a track record of taking large-scale process concepts from strategy through to deployment, target operating model design, process mapping and the documentation estate that sustains it
- Proven experience delivering automation-enabled transformation in finance or operations, including the process redesign and controls required for a successful deployment
- Demonstrated experience designing processes and the controls that govern them as a single exercise, with SOX compliance and segregation of duties (SoD) embedded by design rather than retrofitted
- Experience deploying ML, Gen AI or agentic capabilities in finance or operations, enabled by process redesign, evaluation, and governance
- Experience partnering with global teams, operational stakeholders, and product and engineering partners Experience managing interconnected processes end-to-end, understanding how process and policy changes affect the wider operating model
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Certification or demonstrated applied experience in Design Thinking, Change Management, project/program management (e.g., PMP), Lean or Six Sigma
