- Prepare and present site operational reports, capacity assessments, and risk summaries to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience managing teams of technical specialists in a facilities or critical operations context
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and enterprise asset management platforms
- Experience developing and implementing site operating procedures, emergency response plans, and maintenance programs

- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure management tools and capacity planning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
