Meta is seeking an experienced Benefits Program Manager to join our Total Rewards organization, where you will shape and evolve the benefits programs that support employees across Meta's global workforce.
In this role, you will lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of large-scale benefits programs — spanning health, welfare, retirement, and well-being — ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with Meta's strategic priorities.
You will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to HR partners, finance, legal, and senior leaders, driving data-informed decisions that enhance the employee experience at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of medium to large-scale, complex benefits programs across health, retirement, risk and leaves programs in multiple EMEA countries
- Serve as a subject matter expert on benefits plan design, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness. across Country responsibility area
- Analyze the benefits program data and market benchmarking to identify gaps, propose design changes, and measure the program's effectiveness
- Partner with legal, industrial relations and people operations teams to ensure that benefits programs meet local regulatory requirements and remain compliant across relevant EMEA jurisdictions
- Build and maintain relationships with external benefit consultants, brokers, and vendors to ensure program quality and cost-effectiveness
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in benefits program management, including the design and implementation of health, retirement, risk and leaves programs with a focus on EMEA markets
- Experience independently managing complex benefits questions and advising cross functional stakeholders on benefits strategy, plan design, and regulatory compliance
- Experience using benefits data and market benchmarking to evaluate program competitiveness and propose evidence-based recommendations
- Experience identifying and managing risk related to benefits program changes, including compliance with legal landscape and company risk approach Experience in owning benefits strategy in Countries with Works Council and other Industrial relations complexities
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience managing benefits programs at scale within a fast-paced tech or similarly complex global organization
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience working in other areas of HR: Compensation, Business Partnering or Operations
