This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing legal team and work on cutting-edge issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The specific areas of focus and responsibilities will evolve alongside company priorities, emerging legal issues, and the changing regulatory and competitive landscape.

- Draft, negotiate, manage, and close complex product and commercial transactions, including bespoke technology integrations
- Lead and support 0→1 strategic partnerships, enabling new products and features from inception through launch
- Partner with cross-functional teams — including Product, Engineering, Privacy, Policy, and other Legal teams — to identify and resolve novel legal and regulatory issues
- Administer and resolve legal issues and contract interpretation matters arising in existing commercial relationships
- Build scalable processes, templates, and playbooks for evaluating and executing sophisticated partnership opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 8+ years of relevant technology transactions experience at or for technology companies (in-house and/or at a global law firm)
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing technology deals (e.g., technology licensing, product development, platform integrations) in support of business development and sales teams
- Experience managing numerous projects and deals simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Experience working effectively and collaboratively across functions, exercising sound business judgment, and driving toward solutions
- Experience communicating complex legal and business concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including through written memos, contract summaries, and executive briefings
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience setting priorities and building execution plans in ambiguous or undefined problem spaces, balancing competing deadlines and stakeholder needs
- In-house experience supporting business development teams, product partnerships, advanced product teams, or 0→1 product launches
- Experience with commerce products and AI agents, and familiarity with the associated regulatory landscape
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
