Senior Software Engineer (AI)
Position Summary
This Senior Software Engineer is a senior technical contributor responsible for delivering scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions while helping guide technical implementation across the team. This role combines hands-on engineering with mentorship, technical leadership, and collaboration across product and platform initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead implementation of complex software systems and services
- Influence architecture and modernization initiatives
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical coaching
- Support operational excellence and production reliability
- Partner closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core and modern application frameworks
- Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs
- Strong backend and frontend engineering experience
- Experience with cloud-native application development
- Experience with AI development tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
- Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives
