We are seeking a talented and motivated early-career software engineer to join the Match Group Core in a brand new role enabling greater productivity in non-technical teams through bespoke software and workflow solutions. Match Group Core is the central services division for Match Group, providing shared services and data solutions for all brands under the Match Group portfolio, including Tinder, Hinge, Match.
com, POF, OKC, and many others. Additionally, Match Group Core is a technical service provider for many internal central and corporate teams, such as HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Privacy, Marketing, IT, and Security.
With a special focus on internal product development and workflow enablement, you'll play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining internal products and workflow solutions (HR/People-focused) that benefit employees across the organisation.
Most crucially, you will be enabled with extensive agentic tooling to achieve your goals, and in turn, you will be expected to impart your expertise on your stakeholders, and enable them with AI to achieve their own goals. This role is a paid, fixed-term 4-6 month internship, with an opportunity that this role can be converted into a full-time permanent position at the conclusion.
This is also a hybrid role, and requires in-office collaboration three times per week.
