Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Business Administration

Overview The Senior Analyst, Business Administration will support executive governance, business performance and strategy execution across Mastercard Payment Services (MPS).

Reporting to the Vice President, Business Administration, you will work with teams and senior leaders across MPS, helping turn business priorities into action through effective analysis, coordination and follow-through.

This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant professional experience who is ready to broaden their exposure, contribute to important business priorities and continue developing in an international environment.

The Role

You will:

  • Support Business Reviews, executive meetings and governance activities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Bring together information and analysis to identify key insights, priorities and risks.
  • Track decisions and actions, working collaboratively with stakeholders to support effective follow-through.
  • Support the preparation of executive and Board materials.
  • Help translate business priorities into clear actions and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and activities across teams and markets.
  • Take increasing ownership of activities as your knowledge and experience grow.

All About You

You are curious, collaborative and motivated to make an impact. You bring relevant professional experience and are looking for an opportunity to build on that foundation while gaining broader business exposure.

You will bring:

  • Strong organisation and the ability to balance different priorities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and thoughtful communication, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to turn complex information into clear messages and actions.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build effective relationships.
  • Sound judgement and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
  • An interest in learning from and working with senior stakeholders.

Your Experience

Your experience may have been gained in consulting, finance, strategy, business operations, project or programme management, or a related business environment.

Experience preparing analysis, presentations or management materials would be valuable. Exposure to senior stakeholders, business reviews, governance, performance management or strategy execution would be beneficial, but experience across all of these areas is not essential.

We value different experiences and perspectives. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Gain

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain exposure to executive and Board-level decision-making.
  • Develop your understanding of business strategy and performance.
  • Work with colleagues and senior stakeholders across MPS and Mastercard.
  • Contribute to cross-functional and international initiatives.
  • Build your skills and take on increasing responsibility as you develop.

This is an opportunity to build on your existing experience, broaden your business knowledge and make a meaningful contribution to MPS.
