Position Overview

This role serves as the ‘always on’, operational backbone for strategic marketing, employee engagement, and advocacy initiatives across Europe. The Manager will lead project delivery, campaign operations, governance, stakeholder management, reporting and performance measurement while partnering with Marketing, Communications, HR, Legal, Finance and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project and operations management for Europe Marketing initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, governance processes, and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • Coordinate ongoing and evergreen campaign operations including workflow management, inbox oversight, content review processes and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive weekly status reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports measuring participation, engagement, amplification, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with marketing, communications, HR, legal, finance and agency teams.
  • Ensure compliance, process governance, and operational excellence.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support future campaigns and strategic programs beyond the initial Viva Engage initiative.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

6–10 years of experience in Project Management, Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or similar functions. Strong and demonstrable experience with multi-channel Campaign operations, and not just digital.

Experience working in matrixed global organizations with cross functional structures.

Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
