Here's a closer look at this key role

Technical Architecture & Strategic Advisory

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, building trusted technical relationships with C-level executives, principal architects, and engineering leads.
  • Understand complex business and operational requirements and translate them into robust, scalable observability architectures.
  • Conduct Executive Architecture Reviews, health checks, and strategic planning sessions to align platform usage with business objectives.

Agentic AI & Modern Observability Frameworks

  • Architect and implement comprehensive observability strategies for Agentic AI, autonomous agent networks, and LLM-backed applications.
  • Leverage and advise clients on modern context protocols including Model Context Protocol (MCP), WebMCP, and tool-use interfaces to securely connect AI agents with telemetry, APIs, and data sources.
  • Establish performance and reliability metrics for autonomous agents, evaluating execution accuracy, tool selection, reasoning latency, token consumption, and agent-to-agent communication paths.
  • Guide enterprise clients in leveraging AI/ML insights to automate incident management, anomaly detection, and self-healing IT capabilities.

Enterprise Cloud Migration & Digital Experience Modernization

  • Architect pre- and post-migration observability strategies for large-scale enterprise cloud migrations (on-premise to AWS, Azure, GCP, or multi-cloud hybrid topologies).
  • Establish telemetry baselines to ensure zero degradation of digital experience, end-user latency, or application performance during complex cloud transitions.
  • Provide technical oversight on Internet pathing, DNS reliability, BGP path health, and CDN distribution performance during migration phases.

Network Pathing, Integration & API Architecture

  • Design end-to-end telemetry architectures across multi-cloud, containerized (Kubernetes), and edge application environments with deep emphasis on core Internet network pathing (BGP, DNS, TCP/IP, ISP routing, CDN).
  • Guide clients on building custom API integrations, automation workflows, and monitoring pipelines using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and custom REST/GraphQL endpoints.
  • Serve as an advanced technical escalation point to troubleshoot complex routing, latency, and digital experience challenges.

Enablement, Thought Leadership & Product Alignment

  • Deliver best-practice technical workshops, enablement sessions, and product demonstrations to empower customer engineering and operations teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, establishing a direct feedback loop with Product, Engineering, and AI R&D teams to influence product roadmaps.
  • Author technical whitepapers, architectural integration patterns, and best-practice guides for internal and customer-facing knowledge bases and technical blogs.

What You'll Need:

  • 6+ years in senior customer-facing technical roles (Customer Technical Architect, Principal Solutions Architect, Principal Customer Success Engineer, or Lead Technical Account Manager).
  • Proven track record of supporting large global enterprises, Fortune 500, or Global 2000 accounts through complex cloud and digital transformations.
  • Hands-on experience or deep understanding of building, deploying, and monitoring Agentic AI workflows, multi-agent frameworks, and LLM-driven architectures.
  • Direct exposure to emerging AI integration standards including Model Context Protocol (MCP), and custom tool-calling/agentic API interfaces.
  • Familiarity with tracking AI-specific telemetry: execution loops, context degradation, tool response latency, token consumption, model drift, and safety guardrails.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide Cloud Migration observability initiatives (monitoring application & latency impact during migration to cloud-native/Kubernetes).
  • Expert-level understanding of Internet infrastructure and network pathing: BGP (Border Gateway Protocol), ISP routing, DNS architectures, HTTP/3, SSL/TLS, and CDN distribution networks.
  • Understanding of multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application deployment models.
  • Strong expertise in modern integration patterns, web APIs (REST, GraphQL), webhooks, and data pipelines.
  • Hands-on scripting capabilities in Python, Bash, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform,Ansible) and incident routing ecosystems (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Jira, Slack).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and technical writing abilities with strong analytical and troubleshooting instincts.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical, network pathing, and AI architectures to C-level executives and engineering teams alike.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for key executive engagements, architectural workshops, or onsite enablement.
