Local Representative - Freelance - Greece (Mainland & Islands)

We are looking for Local Representatives in these destinations : Santorini, Zakynthos, Tinos, Syros, Porto Heli & Spetses, South Crete (Lerapetra area and surroundings), Messinia.

🎯 Your Mission

As a Local Representative, you will play a supporting role in assisting our clients on-site with concierge and property-related requests. You will welcome our international clientele to a range of exceptional villas while upholding the Le Collectionist brand standards. Together with our Pre-Arrival Team and Stay Team, you will help deliver the highest standard of service and a truly exceptional experience for every guest.

✨ Your Responsibilities

Pre-Arrival Preparation

• Carry out pre-season visits and complete our documentation and reporting
• Contribute to preparing the property ahead of arrival (shopping, gifts, amenities)
• Ensure each villa is fully prepared and in perfect condition before guest arrival, with all necessary amenities and guest materials in place.

Guest Welcome and Stay Follow-Up

• Ensure smooth villa operations, welcome guests, make sure the villa is ready and in perfect condition, and handle the check-in process.
• Deliver a seamless arrival experience by guiding guests through the villa and its amenities.
• Be the guests’ main point of contact throughout their stay, assisting with concierge requests, service adjustments, and any villa-related issues.
• Manage and resolve guest concerns efficiently, working closely with villa staff and local providers to maintain a seamless guest experience.
• Provide personalized local recommendations and assist guests with activities, experiences, restaurant reservations, and other services to enhance their overall stay.

Check-Out and End-of-Stay Follow-Up

• Coordinate the final stage of the guest journey, ensuring a smooth departure and reporting any damages.
• Contribute to documenting final observations and any potential damages
• Help follow up on billing and payments in collaboration with the Pre-Arrival Team

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of the area and a real passion for hospitality
• Previous experience in hospitality, travel, luxury customer service, or villa management
• Impeccable attention to detail and a refined, professional presence that reflects our brand standards
• Fluent English & Greek (French is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Your own transport, a valid driving licence, and availability for last-minute inquiries
• Availability to meet guests at check-in and check-out
• A registered business that issues invoices
