Lambda is scaling Treasury to support financing and operating a multi-gigawatt AI infrastructure buildout. As Senior Treasury Analyst, you'll be a key contributor on the Treasury team, with a focus on debt and covenant compliance, hedge settlement and documentation, banking relationships and account administration, and support for structured financing transactions.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare recurring debt and covenant compliance reporting, including ratio tests, lender certificates, and post-closing obligation trackers.
- Administer debt service across Lambda's debt and lease portfolios.
- Settle and reconcile interest rate and power hedges.
- Maintain hedge documentation and regulatory trade reporting, including ISDAs, schedules, and trade confirmations.
- Monitor lender-required hedge coverage and track hedged versus unhedged exposure across debt and data center power load.
- Manage the letter of credit and deposit portfolio, including issuance, renewals, fee and utilization tracking, and cash collateral.
- Support the closing and ongoing administration of structured finance transactions, including payment waterfalls and transaction reporting requirements.
- Support intercompany funding, cross-border transactions, and monthly subsidiary loan account reviews.
- Prepare KYC/AML documentation for financing and insurance counterparties, and provide backup support for bank account KYC and onboarding.
- Build and maintain Lambda's debt forecast, including interest expense and Other Income/Expense forecasting, and provide debt inputs to Treasury's short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare materials and analysis for Treasury leadership and Capital Markets initiatives.
- Contribute across other Treasury workstreams as the function scales.
You
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking or a related function; experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO technology company is a plus.
- Working knowledge of debt and covenant compliance, credit facility administration, debt service and interest expense forecasting, and bank account administration.
- Familiarity with derivatives — interest rate swaps, caps, or collars — and their settlement mechanics and supporting documentation.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, along with the ability to build clear, organized PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage recurring deliverables and multiple bank and counterparty relationships accurately and on time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating directly with banks, lenders, hedge counterparties, and outside counsel.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with letters of credit, cash collateral, or utility and vendor deposit programs.
- Experience reconciling derivative settlements or working with ISDA documentation and trade confirmations.
- Exposure to hedge accounting (ASC 815) and partnering with Accounting on designation and documentation.
- Exposure to structured, project, or construction finance and the entity structures used to support them.
- Exposure to KYC/AML documentation for banking, financing, or insurance counterparties.
- Experience with ERP systems or Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience with intercompany funding or cross-border treasury operations.
- Progress toward a CTP or CFA designation.
- Experience with GPU, data center, or other capital-intensive infrastructure financing.
