The Warehouse Coordinator will coordinate the activities and the operations between fulfillment and warehouse to ensure safe, efficient, and timely shipping, distribution, storing packaging, WIP items, and otherwise transporting of finished good. We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate will be hard working, punctual, dependable, self-motivated, self-managed, organized, flexible, and looking for a long-term commitment to grow within a growing company.
What You’ll Do
- Verifies finished good pallets completed by fulfillment against pick tickets.
- Receives, locates, and transfers materials accurately and in a timely manner.
- Investigates inventory discrepancies.
- Maintains inventory accuracy.
- Supports cycle counts.
- Counts and weighs materials and records information.
- Identifies damaged materials and records material shortages.
- Loads and unloads materials inventory utilizing forklift when necessary.
- Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing hand truck or Forklift.
- Restacks and assembles pallets.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
- Participates in quality improvement efforts.
- Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
What You’ll Need
- One to two years related experience preferably in a food production environment.
- Able to understand pick lists and how to pull in accordance with FIFO.
- Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- SAP experience is preferred but not required.

Base Pay Rate: $20. 00- $25. 00 per hour + benefits
Compensation within this pay range is dependent upon the candidate's experience, education, and relevant qualifications
