Associate - Construction Advisory

As an Associate of our Construction Advisory practice, you will support the delivery of claims and dispute engagements through data analysis, research, and structured documentation. You will work within a team environment to develop your technical expertise in delay analysis, Quantum Analysis, contract interpretation, and dispute advisory.

This role provides the opportunity to gain exposure to complex international projects across EMEA & APAC, building a strong foundation in forensic construction advisory.

Job Responsibilities

Claims Analysis & Development

• Assist in the preparation of EOT claims and Quantum/delay analysis
• Support the reporting manager review and assessment of project schedules, contemporaneous records and progress updates
• Compile, organise, and validate project data and records

Documentation & Reporting

• Contribute to the preparation of claims submissions, reports, and client presentations
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, traceable, and well-structured
• Assist in drafting clear and concise technical narratives

Contract & Data Review

• Review contractual documents and project correspondence to support analysis
• Conduct research on contractual principles and industry practices

Collaboration & Development

• Work closely with Senior Associates and Managers to deliver high-quality outputs
• Participate in team discussions, reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Build capability in delay analysis techniques and dispute processes

Required

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in:
• Project planning/scheduling, OR
• Contract administration, OR
• Quantity surveying
• Basic understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred

• Exposure to international or Middle East projects
• Internship or experience in claims/disputes advisory
• Knowledge of delay analysis concepts
• Strong interest in developing a career in construction disputes and advisory
