- Support the annual audit by providing schedules, validated documentation, and explanations.
- Assist with the month-end process for non-revenue-related accounts if required.
- Identify inefficiencies in revenue processes and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Qualified or part-qualified Accountant (AAT, ACA, ACCA).
- Over 3 years of experience in a financial role working with the general ledger, journal posting, balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reviews, specifically focused on revenue and WIP accounting.
- Experience working with large spreadsheets and datasets.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and CRM software.
- Planning and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to ethical behaviour, with adherence to company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- When faced with a problem, you're good at adapting strategies and plans, and evaluate different options to find practical solutions.
