Position Overview This specific position is a Systems Analyst supporting the FCS Application with FSMS. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in factory IE operations, have an understanding of factory capital processes like cap reset and lrp, and will be a primary point of contact for support and system enhancements.

FSMS Systems Analyst work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system
  • Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions
  • Estimating the costs of system solutions, including application testing, and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources
  • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system
  • Leveraging agile methodology to design and configure solutions
  • Working closely with business to develop required training, change management, and operations process
  • Developing use cases, business scenarios, and/or demos, and planning and coordinating testing of newly developed or enhanced applications and providing support
  • Looking for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and potentially providing consultation to users in the area of automated systems

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of hands-on experience in business systems analysis, OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, OR a PhD in a relevant field.

The years of experience must include:

  • System configuration and integration processes
  • Designing workflows, charts, or diagrams related to business systems
  • Unit, integration, and acceptance testing methodologies
  • Experience in facilitating web-based business application development and in agile software development is a plus
  • Knowledge of factory capital processes along HVM manufacturing processes, organizations, and business processes is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects of small to medium size and complexity
  • Experience in EMS and FCS systems

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $105,300. 00-148,660. 00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
