About the Role

As a Foundry Platform Product Manager Advanced Packaging Customer Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, launch, and management of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies and services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, aligning with market trends, and ensuring innovative solutions meet customer needs.

This role is integral to Intel's commitment to delivering industry-leading foundry products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business and market needs, ensuring competitive and innovative solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts, including engineering, marketing, and operations teams, to drive product development and launch initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing guidance and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer requirements and market trends to define new product features or enhancements.
  • Manage product life cycles, including planning, execution, performance monitoring, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to gain insights into their needs and ensure satisfaction with Intel Foundry products.
  • Drive process improvements and innovative approaches to enhance product success and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, including planning, development, and launch processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements to inform product strategies.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Advanced Package Architecture and Design experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive innovation.
  • Experience managing relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience in driving cross-functional projects or teams is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Science
  • Experience in product management, semiconductor technology, or a related domain
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience OR a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience OR a PhD with 6+ years of experience.
