The Role and Impact: Intel is seeking a dynamic Operations Finance Specialist to join the Advanced Packaging Foundry Finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping financial strategies, driving operational excellence, and delivering actionable insights that directly impact business performance.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate across diverse teams to translate business strategies into financial targets, optimize investment priorities, and foster innovation in financial processes. Your contributions will help advance Intel's strategic goals while improving efficiency and performance through data-driven decision-making.

Business Group

The Advanced Packaging Foundry Finance team operates within Intel's Finance organization, a global business group committed to enabling strategic decision-making and driving financial optimization across Intel. This team partners closely with operations and business teams to create robust financial plans, integrate performance outcomes, and deliver data-driven insights that support Intel's profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial plans aligned with Intel's strategic objectives, ensuring controlled risk and reward-based decision-making.
  • Perform detailed business performance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct cost/benefit and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making on various business scenarios.
  • Benchmark key performance indicators with internal and external peers to identify best practices and competitive advantages.
  • Automate financial reporting using business intelligence tools to provide meaningful insights and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate operational outcomes with financial performance, supporting informed strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Optimize investment budgets and evaluate strategic deals to enhance profitability and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or analysis roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and business analytics.
  • Expertise in financial systems such as PowerBI, PowerQuery, SAP, or other related tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data manipulation and reporting to create actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
  • Experience in Foundry finance, manufacturing environments, or advanced packaging technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in scenario planning, capacity planning, or depreciation forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and experience managing complex financial analyses.
  • Track record of using Automation/Artificial Intelligence tools to create efficiencies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $116,160. 00-163,990. 00 USD

Work Model for this Role
