- Lead change and adoption. Develop and execute plans that embed new processes, tools and operating practices across global teams and sustain improvements.
- Manage governance, financials and value realization. Oversee forecasts and approved budgets where applicable, track risks and dependencies, quantify impact and communicate progress, decisions and outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery. Coordinate resources across countries, regions and functions, establish accountability and sustain delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Global remit across AMS, EMEA, LATAM and APJ, affecting multiple countries, functions and Service Delivery teams.

- Must be capable of analyzing different regional ways of working and determining what can and should be standardized globally.
- Provides functional direction to project managers, workstream leaders and subject-matter experts across regions.
- Requires strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to deliver sustainable change across different time zones and operating environments.
About you:

- Expertise in continuous improvement, operational excellence, process mapping, analysis, optimization and global process standardization.
- Ability to progress from current-state assessment and root-cause analysis through future-state design, implementation, adoption and benefits measurement.
- Strong program governance, portfolio planning, risk management, financial management, benefits realization and executive reporting skills.
- Advanced stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, organizational-change and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders globally and communicate complex information and status updates clearly and concisely.
