Job Summary
This role is responsible for administering global equity compensation plans, supporting complex equity transactions, and collaborating across departments for program alignment. The role engages with executives and employees for resolving issues, leads accurate equity record-keeping, and prepares reports for audits and filings.
Additionally, the role leads international compliance studies, and independently resolves complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Conducts day-to-day administration of global equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance-based equity grants.
- Supports complex equity transactions, including those related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and international expansion.
- Interacts directly with executives and employees to resolve or escalate issues regarding their equity compensation.
- Leads maintenance of accurate records of equity grants, exercises, cancellations, and terminations in equity management systems.
- Leads preparation of reports and documents for internal audits, regulatory filings, and financial reporting purposes.
- Provides ongoing vendor management and expert management in stock administration databases.
- Leads complex country-by-country feasibility and compliance studies for administering equity compensation programs internationally.
- Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions.
- Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in stock administration, equity compensation, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
