Tournament Logistics Operator (m/f/x)

GRID is looking for a Tournament Logistics Operator to join our Tournament Services team and take ownership of the operational logistics that support our tournaments.

You will be a key point of contact for participating teams throughout the tournament lifecycle, coordinating Team Participation Agreements, prize money processes, travel arrangements and other team logistics.

Working closely with Tournament Services, Finance and Legal, as well as esports teams, travel providers and other tournament stakeholders, you will ensure that every requirement is understood, delivered accurately and completed on time.

This role combines team relationship management, financial and legal coordination, travel logistics and operational execution. You will manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously, identify potential issues before they become blockers, communicate clearly and provide teams with timely, professional support throughout their engagement with GRID.

From preparing teams ahead of an event to supporting them during the tournament and ensuring all outstanding requirements are closed afterward, you will play an important role in making sure the team experience is smooth, efficient, and well-organized.
