Get to Know the Role

You will help operationalise HR processes, scale them, and ensure the end to end employee experience remains at the forefront. You will manage day-to-day operations and act as the face of Pops (People Operations), known for your passion in out-serving employees and managers.

You will report to Manager, People Experience and based onsite at Grab's office in Exquadra Tower, Philippines.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• End-to-End ELC & Payroll Support: Manage full-lifecycle operations in-house, including onboarding logistics, contract generation, offboarding, and monthly payroll inputs.
• Government Portal & Statutory Relations: Manage all statutory requirements (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR) and act as Grab's key representative, including on-site visits to agencies for complex case resolution.
• Independent Execution & Stakeholder Advisory: Take end-to-end ownership of daily Pops issues independently, serving as advisor to PH employees and managers.
• Automation & Process Excellence: Streamline manual workflows by implementing digital/AI tools and system-based solutions to scale operations.
• Data Integrity & Champion Local Benefits: Maintain 100% data accuracy in Workday and partner with Regional Benefits to launch and administer local employee programs.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3+ Years In-House HR Operations Experience: Proven track record managing end-to-end employee lifecycle (ELC) operations within a high growth industries.
• Hands-On PH Statutory: Direct, hands-on experience independently managing SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR portals (filings, loan tracking, annual renewals). Experience to conduct in-person visits to government agency branches (DOLE, SSS, etc.) to resolve complex employee cases.
• HR Data Management & Operational Support: Experience managing HRIS employee records using Workday, handling payroll inputs, and coordinating core administrative and vendor processes.
• Independent & Proactive Execution: Demonstrated ability to drive daily operations, solve complex employee issues, and think creatively to find solutions, autonomously seeking advice when needed while driving outcomes independently.
• Process Automation & AI Adoption: Continuous improvement orientation focused on replacing manual processes with automated workflows and leveraging AI/digital productivity tools to scale operations and improve SLA response times.
• Benefits & Stakeholder Management: Experience administering local benefits (HMO, life insurance, leave policies) while serving as a customer-centric, trusted advisor to local employees and managers.
