Associate, Commercial Enabler & Expansion

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Associate, Commercial Enabler & Expansion to own a critical dual function combining Sales Enablement and Central Expansion Architecture. In this role, you will act as the core analytical engine refining regional sales campaigns, enforcing merchant dynamic pricing SLAs, and conducting market sizing for expansion across a.

Additionally, you will serve as an extended operational arm for CBT projects to recruit and manage field agents outside main ASM hubs. This role is required to safeguard over several business key metrics [GMV, revenue, MTU, number of agents and productivity agent/merchant], by establishing standardized incentive models, and empower ASMs to scale their territories efficiently.

In return, you will gain high-visibility exposure to sales strategy leadership, direct ownership over national expansion frameworks, and a platform to shape GrabKios' operational footprint. You will report to the manager and work on-site at the Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Sales Enablement & SLA Management: Synthesize sales performance data with ground insights from ASMs and the NSM to optimize regional campaigns and enforce strict SLA compliance for merchant whitelisting and dynamic pricing.
• Market Sizing & Expansion Architecture: Conduct rigorous market sizing for 10 adjacent expansion cities and design standardized incentive frameworks to drive scalable regional growth.
• ASM Coordination & Field Alignment: Coordinate closely with nearby ASMs to align central expansion blueprints with local hiring plans and daily field supervision of 20 regional sales agents.
• CBT Extended Operations & Agent Acquisition: Manage CBT project agent recruitment and daily operations in expansion areas outside main ASM hubs, extending coverage beyond centralized Tele/RO centers.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain analytics dashboards to track expansion pipeline health, agent productivity, and campaign ROI to support strategic decision-making.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3+ years of professional experience in Commercial Enablement, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, or Commercial Analytics within the Telco, PPOB, DG Aggregator, or Tech industries.
• Proven track record in synthesizing complex field data into actionable sales enablement strategies and designing scalable incentive/pricing frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (MS Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI) with experience building commercial performance dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability in operational project management, market sizing, and managing field execution or agent acquisition networks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively align Head Office strategy with field-level ASM execution.
