A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The Ads Privacy and Safety (APaS) team enables the Ads business to grow responsibly by keeping users safe, protecting ecosystem integrity, and ensuring compliance and policy readiness through improving user, advertiser, and publisher experiences.

The RISE (Responsible Innovation and Strategic Enablement) team comprises of program leaders, process owners, data science and product analysts who collaborate with engineering, product management, UX, finance, policy and legal teams to deliver on Ads highest priorities, such as reducing consumer and customer harm and evolving our content, data, and privacy policies and product capabilities to grow the Ads business responsibly.

In this role, you will work closely with product area stakeholders as well as UX, engineering and cross-functional teams and serve as a thought partner to continually improve processes, strategies, and operations of the Ads Privacy and Safety team.

This horizontal team interacts with all Ads teams at Google across Apps, Video, Infrastructure, Display, Search and Shopping, Measurement, and YouTube Ads and interacts regularly with Policy Development teams, Trust and Safety, GAPP, Legal, GBO, and Finance.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
