We’re looking for a Director of Design to lead brand design, UI/UX, and creative at Gantri — someone with exceptional taste and a track record of building cohesive, elevated brand experiences for design-forward, tech-enabled consumer companies.
Role We're looking for a Director of Design to lead and elevate every dimension of Gantri's design expression, including brand, digital, and creative. This person will own the visual identity and experience of a company where design is the entire point.
You'll set the creative bar across brand design, UI/UX, campaigns, packaging, and storytelling. You'll build and mentor a tight-knit, high-caliber team. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Software to shape how Gantri looks, feels, and communicates at every touchpoint.
