FreeBalance is looking for a Professional Services Consultant – HR & Payroll to join its team in San José, Costa Rica. The successful candidate will work closely with government clients to implement and support FreeBalance HR and Payroll solutions, from requirements gathering and solution configuration to testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
The role requires strong ERP/HRIS implementation experience, functional HR and Payroll expertise, and the ability to translate client needs into effective solutions.
