Directs and establishes Human Resources functions for Feld Entertainment and all affiliated companies in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Policy Development, Regulatory Compliance, Employee Relations, Compensation, and other HR functions. This position collaborates with all levels of management for consistency and overall goal setting, and supports mgmt.

through conflict resolution and monitoring of legal compliance in all HR practices.
