Build Your Future in Insurance Sales
The Justin Price Agency is looking for someone who is motivated, personable, and ready to build a career in sales.
You’ll work directly with customers, develop new business, and learn how a successful Farmers Insurance agency operates. You’ll receive hands-on coaching and training along the way, so previous insurance experience is not required.
If you come from sales, customer service, retail, banking, automotive, hospitality, or another people-focused background, your experience can translate well into this opportunity.
Your Day-to-Day
- Connect with new prospects through agency leads, referrals, outbound calls, and networking
- Build relationships and learn what matters most to each customer
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active pipeline
- Identify additional coverage opportunities for existing customers
- Work toward individual and agency production goals
- Stay organized with lead and customer activity
- Participate in ongoing sales coaching and insurance training

- Enjoy talking with people and building relationships
- Are motivated by goals, results, and earning potential
- Can confidently pick up the phone and start conversations
- Stay persistent when you hear “no”
- Are coachable and willing to learn
- Have strong follow-through and organization
- Have previous sales or customer-facing experience
- Hold P&C and/or Life & Health licensing, or are willing to obtain the required licenses
