Build Your Career in Insurance Sales
The Kyle Campbell Agency is looking for a motivated Agent in Training who enjoys working with people, is driven by goals, and wants a career with room to grow.
Insurance experience isn't required. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the support needed to learn the industry while developing valuable sales and relationship-building skills.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, phone calls, and follow-up
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Consistently follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales coaching and insurance training
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable talking with customers and starting conversations
- Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
- Persistent and able to move forward after hearing "no"
- Coachable and willing to apply feedback
- Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or other customer-facing experience preferred
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
