Key Responsibilities
- Identify new prospects and convert leads into policies
- Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend tailored coverage
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Exceed sales targets to support agency growth
- Stay up-to-date on products, underwriting, and compliance
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, renewals, and follow-ups
- Participate in team meetings and strategic sales planning
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence with outbound calls and closing deals
- Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn
- Well-organized and effective time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
