Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by finding prospects and converting leads into policyholders
- Conduct client consultations to evaluate needs and recommend coverage
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and provide ongoing policy support
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, helping the agency grow
- Stay current on products and compliance requirements
- Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals
- Participate in team meetings and develop sales strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence making outbound calls and closing deals
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
