Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• • Plan, develop and implement talent acquisition strategy in the company;
• Take ownership and manage recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various channels mainly for high-volume recruitment;
• Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment and on-boarding processes;
• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market, both locally and internationally;
• Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively;
• Develop strong external knowledge of corresponding labor market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients/stakeholders; e.g. market analysis, candidate profiling etc.
• Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires;
• Assemble and provide data and statistics related to high-volume recruitment for key stakeholders;
• Prepare and monitor budget for recruitment activities;
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand, assess and plan hiring needs;
• Plan and follow through with recruitment campaigns;
• Maintain & implement unified policies and procedures;
• Optimize process workflows efficiently;
• Work closely with Employer Branding team within candidate attraction;
• Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed;
• Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that new hires have been successful;
• Secure TA team’s competence and high performance standards;
• Engage in various projects or initiatives within TA area
• Collaborate with TA colleagues in other locations.
• • 2+ years proven hands on experience in recruitment, preferably in a large company
• Experience with high-volume recruitment
• Experience in analyzing complex recruitment data
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Expertise in labor market, digital recruitment channels, selection tools
• Strong strategical mindset & analytical thinking;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders;
• Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority, along with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally;
• Meticulous with a strong attention to detail;
• Sees each requisition as a project and plans accordingly;
• Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles.
