The Digital Content & Channels

Lead will be responsible for developing and managing Evolution’s global digital channels and content presence, with ownership spanning social media and key digital platforms. The role will help strengthen Evolution’s brand, positioning and reputation through compelling corporate and product storytelling, while ensuring our digital channels are purposeful, engaging and continuously evolving

You are a proactive, hands-on self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of channel execution and priorities, working independently and driving projects forward across functions and geographies. Most likely, you have several years of experience in corporate communications and content creation, either with an agency or at a company. Experience from a listed environment is a plus.

You have a proven ability to build high-quality multimedia content end-to-end, paired with strong storytelling instincts and the ability to turn good ideas into vibrant content, engaging content.

Responsibilities

Digital channels & platforms

  • Own and continuously develop Evolution's global digital channel strategy and define the purpose, audience and role of each channel within the wider corporate, communications and marketing strategy
  • Act as business owner for evolution.com, defining the ongoing development roadmap and coordinating requirements across Communications, Marketing, Investor Relations and other stakeholders
  • Own the structure, logic, governance and continuous development of the Evolution Client Area, including publishing processes, taxonomy, lifecycle management and standards
  • Drive SEO, digital discoverability and emerging AI-search best practice, across Evolution's digital content, ensuring the company and its expertise are discoverable across traditional and evolving search environments

Content & activation

  • Own the global social media strategy, editorial rhythm and content mix, balancing strategic corporate messaging with product visibility and more playful, audience-friendly formats suited to each channel
  • Identify stories and opportunities proactively and translate major company priorities into integrated digital activation plans targeting both internal and external audiences
  • Develop and commission compelling multimedia content in partnership with Marketing's creative team, providing strong briefs and creative direction from concept through to distribution
  • Be comfortable capturing and producing agile, platform-native content independently when speed and authenticity are more important than full-scale production
  • Build and maintain rolling story banks and content calendars while remaining responsive to emerging opportunities
  • Support in media and crisis management from a content perspective

Performance & optimisation

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks across digital channels using analytics and audience insights to understand performance and continually optimise content, channels and digital experiences
  • Analyse audience behaviour and channel performance and turn insights into recommendations.
  • Continuously optimise content, journeys, platforms and distribution based on data.
  • Explore AI and new technology to improve content operations, distribution, personalisation and measurement.

Governance & collaboration

  • Establish standards and governance for Evolution's global and local digital channels.
  • Coach local communication specialists and develop processes to enable excellent locally generated content, ensuring a consistent voice across our markets
  • Work as the day-to-day bridge between Communications and Marketing, translating communications objectives into effective digital execution and bringing digital/channel insight back into both teams.
  • Work closely with the creative team within Marketing to ensure content is visually strong, on-brand and aligned across channels

This is an in-office position based in one of Evolution’s locations globally. The role will work closely with stakeholders across multiple locations, which requires strong self-leadership and the ability to operate independently. The position will require some travel to other Evolution offices and studios.

  • Around 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role; candidates with less experience but a strong profile and demonstrated potential will also be considered.
  • Experience working across multiple global markets and with international stakeholders.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is considered an advantage but is not essential.
  • High proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create high-quality content.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong impact mindset, with excellent interpersonal and critical-thinking skills, accountability, and a proactive, hands-on approach to taking ownership and turning ideas into action.

We offer:

  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Comprehensive training
  • Professional and personal development
  • Health insurance
  • Dynamic working environment
  • Gym membership
  • Outstanding experience in an international environment
