- Identify case risks, missing information, delays and potential non-compliance early; escalate material issues with a recommended course of action.
- Monitor expiry dates, validity periods, submission deadlines and other critical milestones, and take proactive steps to avoid service or compliance failures.
- Maintain complete and accurate case records, notes, documents, status updates and billing inputs in the case-management system and other approved internal systems.
- Apply internal standard operating procedures, quality-control requirements, data-protection standards and client-specific instructions consistently.
- Support client reporting, audits, trend analysis and data-quality initiatives by ensuring reliable case information and contributing informed operational input.
- Participate in client calls, internal case reviews, knowledge sharing and training; contribute to process improvement and a collaborative, high-performance culture.

- Proven ability to manage multiple active matters, competing priorities and deadline-driven work without loss of accuracy or service quality.
- Strong ownership, follow-through and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, together with confidence using case-management systems and digital client records.
- Commitment to confidentiality, ethical conduct, regulatory compliance and the careful handling of personal information.
- Working knowledge of South African immigration legislation, Department of Home Affairs processes, VFS Global procedures, SAQA and relevant professional-body processes.
- Exposure to multi-country African immigration process's, corporate mobility, relocation or expatriate services. (Preferred)
