  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to structure ambiguous business questions and determine the most effective research approach.
  • Adapt research methods, communication, and storytelling to different industries, audiences, and business contexts.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through research-based content such as white papers, articles, and other publications.
  • Strong hands-on experience conducting mixed-methods research , with demonstrated experience across both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
  • Experience independently designing and executing primary research, including interviews and surveys.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing survey or research data using statistical methods and tools such as R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent .
  • Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or similar tools .
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information and turn research findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and multidisciplinary groups.
  • Ability to work autonomously with ambiguous or loosely defined business problems and determine an appropriate research approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English , including the ability to facilitate research conversations and communicate complex findings to executive audiences.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to quickly understand new industries, business problems, and subject areas.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different countries and geographies.
