Ready to take your financial expertise to the next level? As a Senior Financial Analyst on our Accounting Policy team, you will be the driving force behind interpreting complex accounting matters and championing IFRS compliance across a rapidly growing organization. You'll partner with key operational teams to ensure financial reporting accuracy and act as our ultimate subject matter expert on revenue recognition.

The Day-to-Day 💻
- Navigate the Nuance: Evaluate complex customer agreements to pinpoint the perfect accounting treatment under IFRS 15 and provide strategic guidance on contract structures.
- Drive the Systems: Act as the ultimate technical guru for our revenue accounting software, managing functional performance, system enhancements, and the smooth adoption of new IFRS standards.
- Craft the Policy: Prepare ironclad accounting documentation and position papers to support key judgments, refining our internal accounting policies and procedures.
- Unlock the Insights: Dive deep into financial data to monitor revenue trends and deliver actionable insights that empower strategic business decisions.
- Bridge the Gap: Partner seamlessly with Legal, Sales, Deals Desk, and other teams to advise on revenue-impacting terms and keep everyone aligned with GAAP and internal controls.
- Anchor the Audits: Serve as the go-to technical expert and primary contact for external auditors on all revenue and accounting policy matters.
Your Superpowers 🦸
- Educational Foundation: Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, plus your required CPA designation.
- Experience that Counts: Bringing 3-4 years of relevant technical accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience to the table.
- Revenue Recognition Royalty: Proven expertise navigating complex revenue recognition environments, showcasing strong practical application of IFRS 15 or ASC 606.
- Analytical Ace: Boasting advanced Excel skills, top-tier financial modeling capabilities, and a keen, uncompromising eye for accuracy and detail.
- Master Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to translate complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders effortlessly.
- Self-Starter Spirit: A proven ability to take the initiative, manage multiple priorities independently, and drive process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
