Enterprise Governance Analyst – NC3

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking an Enterprise Governance Analyst – Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) to support Headquarters Department of the Air Force senior leadership participation in NC3 governance forums and stakeholder engagements in the National Capital Region.

This position will provide dedicated analytical and preparatory support for Department of the Air Force participation in the NC3 Decision Forum and other senior-level NC3 meetings. The selected candidate will analyze draft Air Force positions, develop executive-level materials, coordinate stakeholder inputs, and ensure senior leaders are prepared to represent Air Force equities in complex technical and operational discussions.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting NC3, nuclear command and control, strategic communications, senior-level governance, or related Department of Defense mission areas. *Anticipated award/start date September 2026
