Parts Associate that is passionate about the industry and ready and waiting to consistently deliver upon that commitment. This is a customer-facing position responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient experience to walk-in and phone customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the parts department.
Core responsibilities include fulfilling parts requests from the service department, receiving and stocking shipments, managing special orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate brings a customer-first mindset, at least six months of service experience, basic mechanical knowledge of powersports vehicles or gear, and strong communication and multitasking skills.
This role requires comfort working on your feet in an occasionally loud environment, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position will report into the Parts Manager.
