Company-specific questions
- Conflict of Interest If hired, do you expect that you will engage in any outside employment, consulting, freelance or advisory work, board service, trade or industry group, teaching role, personally owned business, financial interest, or other outside professional or business activity that could reasonably conflict with CrowdStrike’s business or interfere with the responsibilities of the position for which you are applying (excluding non-competing personal hobbies, passive investments, or uncompensated civic activities that do not impact your work)? This may include an activity or interest that overlaps with your role or expected duties at CrowdStrike; overlaps with CrowdStrike’s business or offerings; creates a significant competing time or loyalty commitment; or could involve CrowdStrike confidential information, resources, or business opportunities. You do not need to disclose an activity that will end before your start date and will leave no continuing interest, obligation, or restriction relevant to cybersecurity or your work at CrowdStrike. A “Yes” response will not automatically disqualify you from consideration. It will allow CrowdStrike to determine whether a potential conflict exists and, if so, whether it can be avoided or appropriately managed. This question applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Acknowledgment As an AI-native company, CrowdStrike embraces the thoughtful use of AI tools in our work. During our interview process, some assessments may expressly permit the use of AI and other tools — we will make this clear upfront when that is the case. I acknowledge that unless explicitly told otherwise by my interviewer(s), I will complete all interviews and assessments through my own independent work, without assistance from generative AI, automated tools, or other external resources. Where AI use is permitted, I understand that my interviewer(s) will specify which tools are authorized and how they may be used. I understand that using unauthorized tools or resources during any stage of the interview process may result in my disqualification from consideration.
