職務概要
Process Innovationチームは、Rocket Now Merchantのオンボーディングにおいて、サービス開始から日々の運営までの間に発生するあらゆる社内外のプロセスを改善する責任を担っています。そのため、チームメンバーは店舗訪問や外部パートナーとの会議、社内のさまざまな部門との連携を行うことがあります。プロセス設計、分析、オペレーションに関する経験が必須であり、さまざまなITテクノロジーに関する知識があれば尚可です。
- End-to-End Process Optimization: 加盟店のライフサイクル全体（オンボーディング、メニュー／カタログ管理、店舗公開、日常オペレーション、精算業務など）にわたる社内外のワークフローを分析し、再設計・標準化・拡張を推進する。
- Operational Workflow Improvement: Slack Workflows、Google Sheets、Salesforce、Webhookなどのツールを活用し、自動化されたコミュニケーションおよび業務ワークフローを設計・導入することで、手動オペレーションを削減し、加盟店のセットアップを迅速化するとともに、課題のエスカレーションプロセスを効率化する。
- Onsite Diagnostics & Field Immersion: 店舗訪問や加盟店オペレーション監査を実施し、業務上のボトルネックを特定する。店舗レベルの業務フローを評価し、現場で発生している課題を拡張可能なオペレーションソリューションへと落とし込む。
- Cross-Functional Process Alignment: 各プロセスオーナーと技術部門の橋渡し役として機能し、部門間の業務引き継ぎを円滑化するとともに、オペレーション上の課題や重複業務を解消する。
- Data-Driven Performance Tracking & SOPs: オンボーディング処理件数、カタログ対応時間、精算精度、全体リードタイムなどを可視化するための自動データパイプラインやダッシュボードを構築する。また、標準業務手順書（SOP）やチェンジマネジメントガイドラインを策定・運用する。
必須スキル・経験（Basic Qualifications）
- EC、デリバリープラットフォーム、小売、またはO2O業界において、Process Design、Operations Excellence、Business Operations、またはManagement Consultingの経験を5年以上有すること。
- SQL、Excel（高度な関数、ピボットテーブル、VBA／マクロ）、Google Sheets（Google Apps Script）を活用した高度なデータ処理およびデータモデリングスキルを有すること。
- Slack（Slack Workflows、各種インテグレーション）およびSalesforceを活用した業務プロセス管理やデータトラッキングの実務経験を有すること。
- Slack WorkflowsとGoogle Sheets／Salesforceを連携させるなど、ノーコード／ローコードによる業務自動化や通知フローの構築経験を有すること。
- データ活用によって業務上のボトルネックを特定し、明確なKPIを伴う部門横断的な業務改善プロジェクトを推進した実績を有すること。
- 現場訪問や業務フローの可視化、フロントライン担当者へのヒアリングなどを積極的に実施できる実践的なマインドセットを有すること。
- ビジネスレベルの英語力。
歓迎スキル・経験（Preferred Qualifications）
- PythonまたはRを活用した高度なデータ分析や業務自動化スクリプト開発の実務経験。
- RPA（Robotic Process Automation）やローコード統合プラットフォームの構築・運用経験。
- Salesforceの高度な管理・カスタマイズ経験（Flow Builder、カスタムオブジェクト、インテグレーショントリガーなど）。
- BIツールを活用したオペレーション指標ダッシュボードの構築経験。
- EC／デリバリープラットフォーム業界のオペレーションに関する深い理解を有し、特に加盟店オンボーディング、カタログ管理、または精算プロセスに関する経験を有すること。
- Lean、Six Sigma、またはAgileプロジェクトマネジメント手法に関する資格または実務経験。
- 日本語が流暢であること。
