- Responsible to manage, train and develop the direct reports
- Responsible to ensure that the QMS in particular the control of Documents on shopfloor is conform to all internal and external requirements
- Assure plant compliance to IATF 16949, legal, customer and internal requirements as required in each area
- Responsible to ensure that non conforming material throughout the entire process from Mixing to Final finish are handled according to internal procedures.
- Assure the structure problem solving is fully utilized and fully implemented in the plant.
- Particpates in all CBT3 relevant meetings and activities.
- Coordinate the data analysis expert as imput for process improvement and lessons learned
- BS Degree Engineering (Industrial, Mechanic, Chemical… or related) or Quality Management
- Min. 7 years experience within Quality Management or tire production
- Project leader or participation in projects as team member, Internal auditor
- >2 years managing a small group
- Good English skills and social skills
