The PLT Area Manager will:
Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
Makes budgetary recommendations and at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

Run Department day to day operations maintaining efficient low cost, high quality output
Communicate and Review Performance of Direct Reports
NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required or 10 years of Supervisory experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

- Master’s Degree
Environment

The starting annual salary for this role is $92,500 a year.
Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations
