The Strategy & Business Operations team’s mission is to support decision making on critical C-level topics and act as a force-multiplier for functional priorities across the organization. We are looking for a BizOps Lead to join the team, reporting to the Head of BizOps, focused on strategy, corporate development, and cross-functional projects.
In this intermediate level individual contributor role, you may:
- Influence strategic decision-making by collaborating with and building consensus among leaders across the organization, including product, GTM, and research and engineering
- Optimize pricing and packaging, ensuring that the company's offerings are both attractive to customers and profitable
- Build financial models and analyses to evaluate new and existing opportunities
- Contribute to corporate development activities: fundraising, strategic partnerships, investor relations, M&A, etc.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to anticipate and respond to emerging trends and to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth
This role is a good match if you:
- Have 3-4 years of top tier investment banking / investing experience, ideally with a focus on software, technology, or digital infrastructure
- OR Have 2-3 years of top tier consulting experience, ideally with a focus on software / technology; further experience in BizOps, product, or investing is also valued
- Have some technical background (e.g., CS, EE, Applied Math, or related undergraduate degree, software engineering internships)
- Are a clear communicator with a high-ownership mentality and bias to action
- Are a problem solver: can operate at a level 4-5 on this hierarchy
