About this role
Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.
ClickHouse is hiring an EMEA People Business Partner Lead to be the primary strategic People partner to business leaders across the region. By combining deep business partnership, organizational insight, and proactive People strategy, this role will help shape how the EMEA organization evolves—not simply respond to the needs of the business as they arise.
This role is responsible for deeply understanding the business, its growth strategy, and the unique dynamics across EMEA, and translating that understanding into proactive People and organizational strategy. You will help leaders anticipate needs, spot risks and opportunities, and build the teams, leadership capability, and practices required to scale.
In this role, you will help leaders anticipate organizational needs and identify risks and opportunities, while enabling them with the leadership capability and people practices needed to scale their teams successfully.
Success in this role requires strong business acumen, organizational judgment, and the ability to move beyond responding to leadership requests to independently identifying what the business needs. Because EMEA is a diverse and complex region, this person must be able to understand the different business and market dynamics across countries while maintaining a cohesive view of the region and its long-term organizational needs.

- Bridge EMEA leadership and the global People organization, ensuring regional needs inform company-wide People strategy.
- Partner across People, Finance, Recruiting, Compensation, Legal, and other functions to align organizational and talent priorities with business needs.
- Influence across geographies and functions in a global, distributed environment.
