We are partnering with Automobilistic Industry to design, build, integrate, and validate an AI Content Support Agent that will reduce manual effort in ticket handling, improve the quality of incoming tickets, and shorten resolution times—all while ensuring final decisions remain in the hands of the human support team.

To lead the delivery of this cutting-edge pilot, we are looking for an AI Orchestrator. In this value stream role, you will govern the software delivery process, coordinate complex human-agent collaborative workflows, set clear autonomy boundaries for the AI, and elevate the overall AI fluency of the cross-functional team. CI&T will be leveraging AI heavily in both the development process and the final solution.

Role & Responsibilities

• As the AI Orchestrator, you will guide the project through its three critical phases, ensuring the Agent meets all capability requirements (Incident Intake, Duplicate Detection, Prioritization, Routing, and Knowledge Support) on Audi’s AWS environment.
• Value Stream Governance & AI Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end software delivery value stream. Define human versus AI responsibilities and set clear autonomy limits for the Agent to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Month 1 (Discover & Align)

Lead the value stream mapping of the current support process. Define baseline metrics, capture detailed requirements for prioritization/routing, and navigate VWG IT and security approvals.

Month 2 (Build & Integrate)

Oversee the integration of the AI Agent (utilizing Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Guardrails, and Knowledge Bases) with Jira Data Center and Confluence Data Center. Ensure the successful implementation of the AWS Cognito-authenticated standalone intake interface, while laying the foundation for a future, extensible AI harness.

Month 3 (Validate & Hand Over)

Launch the Agent with the support team. Measure adoption, cycle time, and quality against defined baselines. Conduct hands-on training and drive the creation of architecture and user documentation.

Team Enablement

Proactively elevate the AI fluency and capabilities of the cross-functional delivery team and the client stakeholders.

Scope Management

Strictly govern the project scope to ensure focus on the core deliverables, actively managing out-of-scope requests (e.g., automated error resolution, multi-region AWS, third-party channels) via formal Change Orders.
