What You'll Do

• Drive enablement of MCP Tools and AI Agents, focusing on the development and management of applications using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Develop sophisticated AI Agents with comprehensive security and semantic protocols.
• Deliver secure, scalable, high performing, AI Native solutions across complex enterprise ecosystems
• Implement sophisticated agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain) to enable robust business capabilities
• Develop scalable, AI driven Test Automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or UiPath
• Solve sophisticated production issues for root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:

A bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience or a master's degree with 3 years of related experience.

• Gen AI/Agentic AI experience is a must
• Programming: Strong skills in Java, Python or other mainstream programming languages, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and framework for building scalable and Distributed systems.
• Architecture: Microservices, RESTful services, API management, Apache Kafka.
• Databases: Demonstrated experience in relational, in-memory and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Snowflake)
• AI/ML: Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, LLM integration, IDE (Copilot, Cursor etc.)
• Good understanding of Agile and DevOps practices and toolsets
• A demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and foster a collaborative environment
• Ability to manage ambiguity, coupled with strong analytical thinking and an innovative approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud services such as Oracle Cloud, GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Experience in Test Automation using tools like PlayWright, Selenium, Cypress or UiPath.
• Certifications in Java, DB, Cloud, AWS and AI/ML
• Supply Chain demonstrated ability is a plus.
