Join CASL as a Teen Club Leader and create meaningful after-school experiences through mentorship, career readiness, leadership, and enrichment opportunities.
Your Mission This role supports CASL’s mission by coordinating engaging and culturally responsive programming for teens through the CASL Teen Club. Through mentorship, workforce and life skills development, career readiness, and recreational activities, the Teen Club Leader helps young people build confidence, develop skills, explore their future, and strengthen their sense of belonging.
As a key connector between teens, families, staff, and community partners, this role helps create a safe and supportive environment for youth to thrive.
