Senior E-Commerce Manager

Catbird, an iconic fine jewelry DTC brand, is seeking an experienced Senior E-Commerce Manager to own the strategy, performance, and evolution of Catbird's online business. This role leads site operations end to end, sets the digital roadmap in partnership with the SVP of Digital, and drives cross-functional initiatives that elevate the digital customer experience.

The Senior E-Commerce Manager will be the primary point of ownership for ecommerce KPIs, will manage key agency and platform partners, and will help mentor and develop junior members of the ecommerce team as Catbird continues to scale.

This role is hybrid, with three days per week in office at our Brooklyn Navy Yard HQ.
