Description

  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders within an assigned territory.
  • Support customer retention by maximizing the renewal and continuation of existing revenue streams.
  • Coordinate and book client training events by reviewing course prerequisites, participant qualifications, course availability, and accurately registering training requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and track recurring training events and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional training courses that align with client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements and make contract-related decisions in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Monitor training events through completion and provide ongoing customer support.
  • Communicate payment terms clearly and assist with payment collection activities, including collecting applicable payments at training events when required.
  • Support the achievement of company sales strategies, objectives, and territory targets.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships through regular engagement and account management activities.
  • Coordinate training requirements with the Training Services team to deliver appropriate customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives and provide backup coverage when needed.
  • Support training participation growth and achievement of assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Salesforce and Gemini systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer/client relations role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible with the capacity to accept change.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and the willingness to participate in process improvement projects.
  • Self-starter.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism in the workplace at all times.
  • Aviation experience desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent client database software would be an advantage.

Other details

  • The ability to converse in a second language would be an advantage
  • In the UK, this role requires weekend and public holiday working. The team ensure a minimum of 1 person departmental coverage on any weekend day but will only be expected to work 5 days per week. Bank holidays are considered “working days” (with the exception of Christmas Day and on some occasions, Boxing Day which gets reviewed each year). Account Executives can book public holidays off but the department needs to have adequate coverage.
  • Infrequent travel may be required.
