Key Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation and utilization across AI & Data Engineering and Infrastructure Engineering & Enterprise Service Management practices to ensure optimal workforce deployment 2.
• Coordinate with project managers and practice leads to forecast, track, and fulfill resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects 3.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify resource bottlenecks, recommending solutions to address gaps and maximize delivery efficiency 4.
• Maintain and update resource management tools and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting for leadership reviews 5.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of resources, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and project-specific requirements 6.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support workforce planning, skill inventory management, and succession planning for critical roles 7.
• Generate and analyze resource utilization metrics to drive continuous improvement in team productivity and project outcomes Required Skills: 1.
