About the role
Bosta's Data & Performance function partners with every part of the business to turn data into decisions. The Commercial & CX unit is that function's commercial engine: it works alongside the Commercial and Customer Experience organisations, owns the merchant lifecycle end to end, and shapes both how Bosta grows its merchant base and the experience behind that growth.
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the unit — someone who does not stop at the analysis, but carries a question through to a proposed intervention, a named business owner and a measured result. You will inherit an established team and a governed data platform, with a structured handover from the Head of Data & Performance across your first months.
